We collect and store personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes stated here. Your personal data will only be processed with your consent, unless prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

We do not use tracking methods. No data is transmitted to third-party providers when you visit our website.

Please note that online data transmission is always associated with security risks; for example, an unencrypted e-mail is the digital equivalent of a postcard and could be read or manipulated by third parties.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

We only process personal data if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • There is express consent from the data subject (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
  • The data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
  • We are legally obliged to process the data (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
  • Vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing necessary (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR).
  • Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

Encryption

Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. This means that, according to the current state of the art, third parties cannot read what actions you perform on our website and what data you transmit to us.

Type and purpose of data processing

Data collection when you visit our website

Each time you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits the following data:

  • IP address
  • uRL called up
  • URL from which the request originates (referrer)
  • Browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • HTTP status code
  • amount of data transferred

This data, together with the date, time and time zone, is stored by our hosting provider in log files in order to ensure the functionality and security of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The IP address is anonymized beforehand so that no personal reference is possible.

The data may be used for internal statistical purposes. They are neither passed on to third parties nor merged with other data sources and are deleted after 9 weeks at the latest.

As the data collected is absolutely necessary for the provision of the website, users have no option to object.

Data collection when contacting us

When you contact us, we collect the data you provide to us, such as your name, e-mail address or telephone number.

We only use this data insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Collected personal data will be deleted after termination of the business relationship, unless a longer storage period is required by law.

Your rights

Right to information, blocking, restriction and deletion

You can request information free of charge at any time about the personal data stored about you as well as its correction, deletion or blocking (Art. 15, 16, 17 and 18 GDPR).

Right to data portability

You can have all data relating to your person that we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you free of charge in a common machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR).

Right to object

You can object to the future processing of your personal data at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the legal requirements, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
